Sielue

Sielue is the whisper of truth in the silence - born from the wilds of Northern Finland and shaped by solitude, mortality, and reflection. Around All Hallow’s Eve 2022, Janne Posti (Häxkapell, Sons of Crom) retreated into the woods, crafting dark, acoustic songs inspired by his father’s troubadour spirit.

Blending ghostly piano, acoustic guitar, deep chants, and soaring vocals, Sielue channels nostalgia and a yearning for stillness. Rooted in Finnish lyrics, the music draws from the melancholic beauty of Tenhi, the simplicity of Johnny Cash, and the atmospheric depth of Arvo Pärt - infused with traditional Nordic folk and a shadowy metallic edge.

The debut single, “Aava maa”, arrives November 8, 2024, via Nordvis. A full album follows in 2025.
