LJUSET
Ljuset was formed in 2010 by Swedish friends Emanuel Tägil and Simon Johansson, united by a shared fascination with mysticism, altered states, and esoteric thought. Drawing from black metal, post-punk, Swedish indie, and psychedelic rock, the project developed into something as spiritual as it was musical.
After releasing two EPs and entering a long period of dormancy, the duo reunited in 2025 to create Ljuset’s first full-length album. Revisiting fragments from their earliest years while forging new material, Ljuset now returns renewed after more than a decade of silence.
